We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the service you have provided to our family over the past several weeks. As you know, Richmond is currently experiencing 100+ degree weather and our AC has failed three times.
We have a 21 month old child in our family and a new 8 week old baby so we really needed to get it fixed. Your office made arrangements to get someone out immediately each time we called you kept our family safe and healthy.

I am writing to commend you all on the excellence service I received last week. On Christmas Eve, in the midst of holiday food preparation, my garbage disposal and sink backed up. Your staff was courteous when I reported the problem, and your staff was at my home and had it fixed within two hours! The technician was polite and professional. I was so impressed to get such prompt service, especially on a holiday!
